  • Up to 4,800 linear feet of a 1-inch bead from one 22 L disposable canister
  • At 12 inches on center that equals up to 4,800 square feet — 48 roofing squares — depending on application

  • Open time: 5 minutes
  • Handling strength: 15 minutes
  • Full cure: 24 hours

  • M160-18 18-inch Wand Foam Adhesive Spray Gun; M180-12 or M180-18 hose

How to apply

  • One canister — no on-roof mixing, correctly mixed every time
  • No mixing carts, mixer straws or on-roof mixed material to waste
  • 0 g/L VOC under SCAQMD Rule 1168

TPO + EPDM membranes

UNO‑GRIP™ | QD2040

The TPO/EPDM adhesive for TPO and EPDM membranes, including fleece-backed systems — 10 squares of bonded area from one 22 L canister.

What it bonds

  • TPO and EPDM membranes, including fleece-backed systems
  • TPO/EPDM Adhesive

Coverage

  • 22 L disposable canister: up to 10 squares / 1,000 sq ft of bonded area

Time

  • Allow 2–4 minutes, or until dry to touch, depending on temperature and humidity.
  • Open time: 1+ hour
  • Ultimate strength develops in 1–3 days

Equipment

  • Spray gun with UniJet 11002B adjustable spray tip — spray tip included
  • UniJet 11002B tip, adjustable 7–17-inch spray pattern

How to apply

  • Apply adhesive to both surfaces to be mated, at 80% to 100% coverage
  • High heat resistance
  • 75 g/L VOC under SCAQMD Rule 1168
